Step 3: Pre-Qualification

Whether you're a first-time homebuyer or refinancing your home, one of the first steps is finding the right people to represent you in the home buying process.  The people you work with, will always have your best interest in mind and do what is right for YOU!

For purchases, it is important that you find the right Realtor® to first find a home, then represent you in the negotiation process.  How will you be sure you find the right home for your family?  Maybe you have young children and would like a home with a yard, or maybe your children have all begun their own journey.  Now you are looking for less of a yard, and less space.  In either case, PRICE is one of the most important factors.

Let's face it, not many of us out there are able to purchase a home entirely in cash.  That's where we come in.  No matter how much you like a home, if you are not qualified for a loan, you won't be able to purchase it!  How do you know how much home you can afford?  As a mortgage broker, we are not limited to one lender.  We are able to offer you a variety of products from multiple lenders to best suit your needs!

Below are some helpful links to get you started.  Remember, whether you are purchasing or refinancing, your first step should be to find a Loan Consultant that will provide you with all the tools for the process.
